Online Booking & Color Consultation

Aapkapainter, an online services platform for booking painting services wanted end-to-end digitization of the business process (receiving new orders, generating quick quotes, assigning painters, receiving payments) and enable virtual color consultation, to collaboratively progress the project with customers. They also needed this to be an integrated suite of web and mobile apps, that can work seamlessly with their existing software(s).

Couples, families, painters, Sales executives taking measurements, Business administrators

User journeys:

Sales executives doing a site visit, could enter measurements and generate a quick quote. Customers can pay & initiate a job, they can also do online consultations with color experts to decide paint colors. Painters can see job details, start work on the site & report progress.
