Problem Statement:
The existing solutions for children’s educational classes were fragmented and inefficient, with no centralized platform to book diverse classes such as chess, dance, or new language lessons. Parents faced challenges in managing multiple schedules and accounts across different platforms. Additionally, the lack of optimization led to underutilization of resources, increasing costs and complexity.

Solution:
We developed a comprehensive education portal specifically designed for children. This portal allows parents to easily book classes for their children in various subjects including chess, dance, and new languages. By integrating Zoom APIs, we enabled seamless online class sessions. An advanced algorithm was implemented to optimize class schedules, ensuring the minimum number of Zoom accounts were used efficiently. Built on the robust Django platform with a MySQL database, the portal offers a user-friendly interface, efficient class management, and cost-effective resource utilization.
