Making Stock Market Trading Fun

Problem Statement:
Stocky Dodo needed a mobile platform that offers game-based learning solutions for stock and crypto investing. They aimed to help people overcome their fear of the stock market by encouraging them to learn trading through participating in trading contests using dummy money (not real money). The goal was to make finance fun (“funance”) by stripping out jargon, allowing users to learn and invest without risking their savings, and earning bragging rights amongst friends.

Solution:
Codewave designed and developed the Stocky Dodo app, creating a gamified learning experience for stock and crypto investing. The platform features live contests that invite users to learn by playing, while teaching them the fundamentals of investing in a fun and engaging manner. The app strips out complex jargon, making it accessible to beginners. Users can practice investing in a risk-free environment and compete with friends to earn bragging rights. The intuitive and visually appealing UX/UI design ensures an enjoyable and seamless user experience, transforming financial education into an engaging activity.
