Co-Living Platform for Professionals

Problem Statement:
Settl, a startup, aimed to create an online platform similar to Airbnb, enabling working professionals in metro cities in India to find ready-to-move, furnished co-living spaces. The platform needed to allow users to explore and compare deals without extensive fieldwork. The solution required a customer mobile app and backend systems to support property listing, discovery, booking and continuous customer experience management features.

Solution:
Codewave designed and developed a comprehensive platform for Settl, including a mobile app for customers and robust backend systems. The platform allows users to easily find, explore, and compare ready-to-move, furnished co-living spaces in metro cities across India. Key features include detailed property listings, advanced search and comparison tools, and seamless booking processes.

The backend system supports property management, discovery, and real-time booking updates. The user-friendly UX/UI design ensures an engaging and efficient experience, making it easy for working professionals to find their ideal living spaces without unnecessary fieldwork. We also developed admin systems for Settl team to manage customers, bookings and renewals – so the customer journey is made delightful.
