Liberty Insurance – CX Transformation With Web & Mobile Apps

Problem Statement:
Liberty Insurance needed to improve the user experience of its digital products to better serve both end-users and agents. The project required enhancing several key products, including user apps and web apps, agent portal web apps, and a city manager portal. The details of the project were confidential, requiring careful handling of information while delivering a high-quality user experience.

Solution:
Codewave team collaborated closely with Liberty Insurance’s UX teams in India and Singapore to revamp multiple digital products. For the User Mobile App and Web App, enhancements included Policy Management features that allow users to file new policies, track, edit, and delete policy information, and Payment Management tools to efficiently manage and process policy payments.

The Agent Portal Web App was upgraded with Client Management tools, enabling agents to keep track of client meetings, new meetings, schedules, training sessions, and webinars, along with Policy Management features for handling clients’ policies and payments. Additionally, a City Manager Portal was developed to provide comprehensive access for city managers to oversee all client, policy, and agent activity details.

We also managed the design system for Liberty Insurance in India and Singapore, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards across all digital products. These enhancements collectively improved the user experience, making the platform more intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of both end-users and agents.
