Health Flex: Bringing Therapy Home

Problem Statement:
Physiotherapy and trainers have become too expensive as a long-term solution for patients needing continuous rehabilitation.

Solution:
We developed an IoT-based application that simplifies physiotherapy by attaching sensors at multiple joints in the body. This system allows doctors to suggest a list of exercises for patients, who can then attach the sensors and track their range of motion and angle deviation. The IoT application identifies if the patient is performing the exercises correctly or incorrectly, providing real-time feedback without the constant need for a physiotherapist.
