Brand FAQ Bot For Codewave’s Employees

Problem Statement:
Codewave needed to create an engaging bot, Goggles, to serve as an ambassador of their company culture. The bot had to interact naturally with employees, providing them with information about Codewave’s culture and policies. The challenge was to develop a bot that could understand and respond to employees’ queries in an engaging and informative manner, using data from Codewave’s culture and policy documents.

Solution:
Codewave designed and developed the Goggles bot, an AI-driven chatbot trained on all of Codewave’s culture and policy documents. The bot was created to interact with employees in a natural and engaging way, answering their questions about the company’s culture and policies. By leveraging natural language processing, Goggles could understand various queries and provide accurate and relevant information. This initiative not only made information more accessible to employees but also fostered a deeper connection with Codewave’s values and practices.
