Problem Statement:
Codewave sought to create a product, Glue, to productize its culture of self-management. The goal was to eliminate micro-management by providing teams with the tools & transparency needed to thrive in a culture of trust and empowerment. Glue needed to facilitate seamless availability management, work mode selection, workload negotiation, team composition management and peer feedback for continuous growth.
Solution:
Codewave designed and developed Glue’s mobile and web applications from concept to launch, focusing on delivering a platform that embodies the vision of making work awesome. The applications empower employees to manage their availability, choose their preferred work modes, and negotiate workloads seamlessly. Glue also makes Profit revenues and profits transparent to all team members, empowering them to make local decisions and thrive without managers & hierarchy.
Glue also includes features for giving and asking for peer feedback anytime (eliminating biases in bi-annual performance reviews), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. By eliminating the need for micro-management, Glue provides teams with the autonomy and tools to succeed, thereby enhancing innovation and productivity.
