Comprehensive Revamp and 360° E-commerce Solution for DealShare

Problem Statement:
DealShare, an e-commerce business targeting remote areas of India, needed a revamp of their existing app to better serve their audience, who are not very tech-savvy. The client required a 360° solution that included a suite of apps to enhance the consumer experience and optimize warehouse and delivery operations. The solution also needed to accommodate desktop and tablet versions of the consumer app.

Solution:
Codewave provided a comprehensive revamp of DealShare’s e-commerce platform by designing a suite of applications tailored to their needs. This included a consumer app that is intuitive and easy to use, even for those with limited technical skills, and optimized for desktop and tablet versions. We also developed a warehouse management app to streamline inventory and order processing, along with a delivery rider app to improve the efficiency of deliveries. Additionally, admin panels were created for better task creation, monitoring, and management within the warehouse. The entire system was designed with user-friendliness and scalability in mind, ensuring that DealShare can effectively serve its target audience in remote areas while maintaining smooth operations across the supply chain.
