Enhancing Retail Sales in the Automotive Industry with Automate AI: In the automotive industry, dealers often lose sales opportunities due to their inability to understand customer needs from the customer’s perspective and missing out on timely follow-ups. These gaps lead to missed revenue opportunities and unsatisfied customers. There is a critical need for a solution that helps dealers understand customer preferences and behaviors, and facilitates better follow-ups, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales.

Solution:
Codewave conceptualized, designed, and developed Automate AI, a platform that leverages Generative AI to enhance the customer experience and streamline sales processes for the automotive industry. Automate AI uses AI to understand customer preferences, both tangible and intangible, and matches them with the best-suited products. The AI system scans all product information and consumer reviews available online, presenting the Top 3 Product Recommendations for each customer, with a detailed summary of why these products are the best match. Automate also compiles and summarizes Consumer Reviews and Ratings from various websites, presenting key information that can influence the consumer’s buying decision.

For sales executives, Automate CRM provides a dashboard that highlights Hot Leads based on the immediacy of customer needs and sends reminders for timely follow-ups. Additionally, Automate automates test drive bookings, post-test drive follow-ups, and reduces administrative burdens, allowing sales executives to focus on strategic, high-value activities. This AI-assisted solution improves customer engagement, optimizes follow-up processes, and helps dealers maximize sales opportunities.

Tech Details:
Automate was built using advanced machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to ensure accurate and meaningful interactions. The chatbot interface leverages existing LLMs such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude-Sonnet) and integrated with the CRM system through RESTful APIs. We employed GoLang for backend processing and data analysis, while the frontend was developed using Flutter for a responsive and user-friendly experience. The system is hosted on AWS for scalability and reliability.
