Problem Statement:
Educational institutions struggle to maintain the integrity of online examinations, facing challenges in verifying candidate identities and preventing cheating. Traditional methods often fall short in providing the necessary security and monitoring capabilities, leading to concerns about fairness and reliability in the evaluation process.

Solution:
Codewave addressed these challenges by designing and developing a comprehensive proctoring system for Acelot LMS. We integrated Aadhaar Authentication for secure and reliable candidate identity verification and built advanced AI-driven proctoring modules, including video, image, audio, and browser monitoring, to detect and prevent suspicious activities during exams.

These tools offer real-time oversight and customizable proctoring settings tailored to each exam’s requirements. Additionally, our implementation of SAML-enabled authentication ensures seamless single sign-on (SSO) integration, enhancing both security and user convenience. This robust solution provides a secure, fair, and efficient online examination experience, effectively solving the key concerns of educational institutions.
